Examine what is causing you to feel the way you are feeling.
No matter what it is you are feeling it is time to be aware of the source of your feelings. It is easy to look at someone or something and blame it for your feelings but there is a problem with that. If it is someone else’s fault that you are feeling a certain way then you can not fix it.

Transformation occurs through acceptance. Once you accept the current situation, it will automatically transform. Your partner has decided that they just want to be friends. That is okay accept that the relationship has changed. Shift your focus to your life and what you desire in your life. Be a friend. Offer nothing more than the friendship they requested. The situation will change quicker by accepting than if you fight to convince them that you belong together, and they are making a big mistake. Sometimes stepping back helps to clarify things for both of you.
